LOBA (Line of Business Applications Database).

The software solution LOBA is a area specific add on to SDMC and is currently used by Siemens in the divisions PG (Power Generation) and A&D (Automation & Drives).

In addition to the administration and control of the complete software process, LOBA also includes an own hardware management and an increased functionality in regards of management and adjustability. Here especially the integrated interface for the Microsoft Systems Management Server to administrate the distribution of software packets is worth mentioning.
